Samantha Robare, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist who owns and operates Magnolia Dermatology in Cypress, Texas. With over 12 years of experience, Dr. Robare specializes in providing patient-centered cosmetic, medical, and surgical dermatologic care for men, women, and children. 

Dr. Robare graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelor of Science in biology from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas. She worked as a medical tutor before earning her medical doctorate from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Loma Linda, California.

After finishing her internal medicine residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, Dr. Robare completed an additional dermatology residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. Throughout her education, Dr. Robare has received numerous awards, including the Minnie L. Anderson Award and the coveted title of chief resident.

Today, Dr. Robare is proud to provide comprehensive dermatologic care to her patients. In addition to diagnosing and treating common skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancer, Dr. Robare performs a wide range of cosmetic treatments, including Botox®, dermal fillers, and chemical peels.

To stay abreast of the latest dermatologic treatments and techniques, Dr. Robare is an active member of the Texas Medical Association, the Texas Dermatological Society, the American Academy of Dermatology, the Houston Dermatological Society, the American Medical Association, and the Harris County Medical Society.

Vannica Soy, APRN, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Magnolia Dermatology. Vannica provides high-quality care to the residents of Cypress, Texas, and surrounding areas.

Vannica began her nursing career in the operating room in 2013 at The Woman’s Hospital of Texas in Houston. Her educational background started at Houston Community College, where she earned her Associate’s Degree in Nursing. She furthered her education and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015 from The University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). 

Vannica gained experience working in the operating room at Texas Children’s Hospital in in Houston. As an operating room nurse, she completed two pediatric surgical mission trips to Guatemala with Faith in Practice.

Vannica entered the field of dermatology in 2017 as a staff nurse at a dermatology clinic, where she pursued her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). 

She successfully completed the graduate program at UTA in 2020 and became a full-time Nurse Practitioner, seeing patients with a variety of skin issues. 

Vannica is excited to join the team at Magnolia Dermatology to serve the Cypress community, a place she calls home. 

When not working, Vannica enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and cats, working out, trying new foods, and traveling.

Diana Chou, MPAS, PA-C, is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed by the Texas Medical Board. She attended the University of Houston and graduated with honors, earning a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition. She further advanced her interest in medicine and patient care by completing her Master's of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2014. She was the recipient of the William J. and Mary K. McGanity award from her class, a distinguished recognition for clinical excellence.

Prior to joining Magnolia Dermatology, she worked at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Surgical Oncology specializing in melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancers. She also spent years training under and working alongside Dr. Robare at a previous practice.

Diana's clinical interests encompass all aspects of dermatology, including medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistant and has recently completed its diplomate fellowship program, demonstrating her commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in her field.

In her spare time, Diana enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and being a mom of two.

Hannah Teelucksingh is a board-certified Medical Aesthetician and Laser Technician who began her career in 2018 after graduating from Aveda Institute. Committed to providing her patients with the most effective technologies and treatments, Hannah stays up-to-date with the latest developments in the aesthetic field.

She specializes in advanced aesthetic treatments, anti-aging solutions, corrective chemical peels, and laser therapies. Hannah takes a comprehensive approach to skincare, focusing on both immediate and long-term corrective solutions to address various skin concerns.

Before joining Magnolia Dermatology, Hannah gained extensive experience working with some of Houston’s top leading aestheticians. Her meticulous attention to detail, strong work ethic, and dedication are evident in her commitment to educating patients about optimal at-home skin care practices.

Since joining Magnolia Dermatology, Hannah has developed a keen interest in dermatology. She takes pride in offering services to all skin types and thoroughly enjoys serving the Cypress community. In her free time, Hannah enjoys spending time with family, traveling, fishing with her father, reading, and painting

Marissa Tuttle is a licensed aesthetician and certified laser technician with over a decade of experience in advanced skincare and aesthetic laser treatments. Known for her personalized, results-driven approach, Marissa combines extensive clinical knowledge with a deep commitment to client care, helping individuals achieve their skincare goals with confidence.

Her background includes leadership roles in both dermatology and medical spa settings, where she played a key role in launching successful aesthetic programs, performing advanced treatments, and building loyal client relationships. Marissa’s treatment expertise includes laser hair removal, IPL, microneedling, chemical peels, BroadBand Light therapy, MOXI, and CoolSculpting. She holds advanced certifications from Aesthetic Laser Academy and CoolSculpting University and is proficient with a wide range of technologies including Sciton, Alma, Cutera, and Solta.

Marissa is passionate about educating her clients and developing customized treatment plans that align with their unique skin goals, lifestyle, and concerns. Her goal is always to deliver natural, lasting results in a safe and supportive environment.

Outside of the clinic, Marissa is a proud boy mom and a woman of faith who enjoys gardening and spending time fellowshipping with her church family. Her warm personality and devotion to service are at the heart of everything she does, both personally and professionally.

Olivia Schmidt is a dedicated Radiation Therapist with nearly a decade of experience in oncology care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Radiation Therapy from the MD Anderson School of Health Professions, one of the nation’s leading cancer centers, and began her career in hospital-based oncology departments. In those roles, she gained valuable experience working with patients undergoing complex treatment plans, where precision, safety, and compassion were essential every day.

Her career journey has taken her across the country—she has practiced in Minnesota, Louisiana, and now back home in Texas—allowing her to work alongside diverse teams of physicians and healthcare professionals while caring for patients from all walks of life. Over time, Olivia transitioned into dermatology practices, where she found her passion for treating non-melanoma skin cancer. In this setting, she combines her technical training with her commitment to making treatments approachable and comfortable for patients, guiding them with empathy through every step of care.

A proud Katy, Texas native, Olivia is excited to provide advanced treatment close to home, where she can serve her community with both expertise and a personal touch. She is known for her approachable nature, attention to detail, and ability to put patients at ease, ensuring they feel supported throughout their treatment journey.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time with her husband, their two daughters, and the family’s two Samoyeds. She also stays active in her community by playing recreational volleyball three to four nights a week.
