Vannica Soy saw my condition and as soon as she came in she made me feel at ease. She initiated the procedure and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. She then sent the sample for information about it being benign. All said everything went well and had results next day. I don’t have a scar and can’t even tell where the growth was. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Robare for 2 years. We are both showing the after effects from years in the sun. Dr. Robare quickly and efficiently targets spots of concern and sends biopsies off for testing and when possible removes spots in their early stages with liquid nitrogen. When a minor surgery is required for a precancerous or cancerous lesion she removes it in office generally and the entire process runs very smoothly. We have recommended Dr. Robare to our family members and neighbors. Dr. Robare is extremely personable and her diagnostic skills are top notch. I would highly recommend Dr. Robare and Magnolia Dermatology.

Dr Robare is the most thorough dermatologist I have been to. She takes the time to answer your questions and does not brush off your concerns. I drive 45min to see her and will continue the commute as I had melanoma and have to be seen every 3 months. She is incredible!

I see Dr Robare for an annual full body check for cancers. I’ve lived in the tropics, Hawaii and Fiji, for a significant portion of my long life. When I was in school in the ‘60s, tan was grand and we used baby oil and iodine as tan oil, or Hawaiian Tropic. I feel like I’m at risk. My mom died of melanoma. So I have Dr Robare check me every year. She is THOROUGH. It doesn’t take long. She’s found squamous cell cancers, treats them. I’m cancer free. On top of all this: she’s a really nice lady. My trainer recommended her to me. I recommend her to anyone who asks…with hesitation. GET CHECKED.

I’ve suffered with my issue for the last 2-3yrs, been to another dermatologist, used all sorts of steroid and cortisone treatments none of which worked until Dr. Robare’s diagnosis and treatment regimen. Her regimen and the Rx’s she gave me, immediately began to heal my issue and give me immediate relief! I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Robare & Magnolia Dermatology!!!

I had set this appointment for today a while back, for OCT 27th at 12:20PM, which I had confirmed via your automated system just yesterday. I arrived early at 12:05PM as I usually do to meet the appointment time which was set. I departed at 12:50PM without being seen. At 12:45PM I went to the front desk to inquire as to how much longer I would have to wait to be seen, when I was told that the Dr was running far behind today, after which I expressed that I really have to go back to work. They simply offered that they can reschedule me but the Dr schedule is very full and "maybe" they can squeeze me in. The patient is expected to be there on time for an appointment, take time off from work to meet the appointment, yet even the previous appointment I had, there was also a delay in being seen and I had to wait past my appointment time. However today after waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time I had to leave to go back to work, this is really unacceptable to be consistent with each appointment. I do understand that sometimes dr visits can run a little behind, but maybe if the front office is aware of this they could potentially notify patients that would be affected by such delays to either reschedule or tell the patient to come a little later than their scheduled appointments. And once a patient actually shows up for an appointment, they could be advised of the delay right away rather than having the patient sit in the waiting room.

Dr Robare and the entire staff are amazing. I went through a scary ordeal with cellulitis that turned septic, and they were amazing and made sure I was taken care of.

The second time around was much more pleasant than the first. I was seen in a reasonable amount of wait time and the dr was kind and efficient. My original appointment, I arrived 20 mins early and then waited another hour on top of that (so nearly an hour and a half) just to have to reschedule, as there was no communication from the front desk about the office being (very) behind schedule. They failed to inform me of any updates either…I had to specifically ask and even then it was extremely vague answers, which prolonged my wait when I could have rescheduled from the get-go and been able to actually get work done I needed to at work.

My annual checkup. 5 spots frozen, and 1 skin tag removed that was an irritant. I feel relief when I leave Dr Robare’s care, as I know I am being taken care of and monitored for current and future issues. I leave with peace of mind!

Dr. Robare is one of the most empathetic, kind, and knowledgeable physicians I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a patient of. I’ve seen her on and off over the last five years and each time I feel so relieved that all of my concerns are always thoroughly addressed in each visit. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and am very grateful for how she takes the time to candidly explain all the options for treatment. While I did have to wait a while after my scheduled appointment time, if she is showing this level of care to all her patients, I don’t mind at all!
