This visit, as with all of my visits with Dr. Robare and staff, was a pleasant experience. I checked in, was seated only moments before I was greeted and taken to my examination room. Wait time to see Dr. Robare was less than five minutes. She was thorough in her examination and readily shared findings and responded to questions. Treatment was quickly tended to and I was back on my way. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Dr Robare LISTENS and doesn’t rush the appointment. She does a great job, being very thorough in the annual exam. The best part for me is being there for dermatology, there is no hustle/rush to cosmetic services, which appear to also be thorough, if that’s what you’re looking.

My 8th grade daughter used to pack on her makeup and never leave the house without her makeup pouch. She would never allow herself to be seen without a full face. She was covering painful cystic acne and the scarring that came with it. Vannica took my daughter through a journey of treatment where after 7 months, she is completely acne free and rarely wears makeup! I appreciated that Vannica listened to my concerns about the more powerful options that had troubling side effects, and we were able to achieve our goals with milder options and perseverance. I had set this appointment for today a while back, for OCT 27th at 12:20PM, which I had confirmed via your automated system just yesterday. I arrived early at 12:05PM as I usually do to meet the appointment time which was set. I departed at 12:50PM without being seen. At 12:45PM I went to the front desk to inquire as to how much longer I would have to wait to be seen, when I was told that the Dr was running far behind today, after which I expressed that I really have to go back to work. They simply offered that they can reschedule me but the Dr schedule is very full and "maybe" they can squeeze me in. The patient is expected to be there on time for an appointment, take time off from work to meet the appointment, yet even the previous appointment I had, there was also a delay in being seen and I had to wait past my appointment time. However today after waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time I had to leave to go back to work, this is really unacceptable to be consistent with each appointment. I do understand that sometimes dr visits can run a little behind, but maybe if the front office is aware of this they could potentially notify patients that would be affected by such delays to either reschedule or tell the patient to come a little later than their scheduled appointments. And once a patient actually shows up for an appointment, they could be advised of the delay right away rather than having the patient sit in the waiting room.

Dr Robare and the entire staff are amazing. I went through a scary ordeal with cellulitis that turned septic, and they were amazing and made sure I was taken care of.

The second time around was much more pleasant than the first. I was seen in a reasonable amount of wait time and the dr was kind and efficient. My original appointment, I arrived 20 mins early and then waited another hour on top of that (so nearly an hour and a half) just to have to reschedule, as there was no communication from the front desk about the office being (very) behind schedule. They failed to inform me of any updates either…I had to specifically ask and even then it was extremely vague answers, which prolonged my wait when I could have rescheduled from the get-go and been able to actually get work done I needed to at work.

Dr. Robare is one of the most empathetic, kind, and knowledgeable physicians I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a patient of. I’ve seen her on and off over the last five years and each time I feel so relieved that all of my concerns are always thoroughly addressed in each visit. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and am very grateful for how she takes the time to candidly explain all the options for treatment. While I did have to wait a while after my scheduled appointment time, if she is showing this level of care to all her patients, I don’t mind at all!

Dr Robare, Diana and entire staff team are always so cheerful and helpful. I take my 96 year old golfer Dad to Dr Robare for skin issues he is now having after being in sun for years. My only concern and reason for not giving the full 5 stars, is that none of the personnel wore masks. I understand the desire to "go back to normal," but we're in the middle of a "tripledemic" and I personally prefer to take extra precautions - masks do help. Otherwise, it was a great visit! Personally, it would be helpful for my husband and me if Dr. Robare offered some Saturday appointments in the future, but I fully understand that is her prerogative and many factors go into this decision. Could not get immediate appointment with my dermatologist when I had an urgent issue. Got in to see Dr Robare because her office is very close to where I live. She resolved my issue very satisfactorily and will be my dermatologist from now on.

Dr. Robare has great attention to detail and is very good at spotting the basal cell carcinomas that I am prone to have come up on occasion. And when she removes the basal cells, she does so with only minimal discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Robare and her staff at Magnolia Dermatology.
