Hello, Vannica conducted my yearly cancer screening. The appoinment was on time, Vannica was super friendly and engaging. The screening was thorough and Vannica was forthcoming with questions and also explained what she was doing at each stage. The process took less than 30 minutes and I will be back next year!

It's always a pleasant experience visiting Dr. Robare. Originally, I had a couple of places that I had ignored for too long. Dr. Robare was very helpful and understanding in getting them fixed. I am not the best at handling doctor procedures, but I can say that it was much easier than I expected. Her's is a well run office with excellent staff!

I was in for my annual full body scan and she removed all of my troubled spots. At another dermatologist, I was limited to 5 freezes and then had to schedule another visit, which really irked me. My whole family has been going to Dr. Robare for years. She is knowledgeable, friendly and has an amazing hand for surgical procedures. I had melanoma around my clavicle are, had to take big chunk off but she did such a good job that now you can barely see the scar. Her whole staff is friendly and patient.

She was covering painful cystic acne and the scarring that came with it. Vannica took my daughter through a journey of treatment where after 7 months, she is completely acne free and rarely wears makeup! I appreciated that Vannica listened to my concerns about the more powerful options that had troubling side effects, and we were able to achieve our goals with milder options and perseverance. I had set this appointment for today a while back, for OCT 27th at 12:20PM, which I had confirmed via your automated system just yesterday. I arrived early at 12:05PM as I usually do to meet the appointment time which was set. I departed at 12:50PM without being seen. At 12:45PM I went to the front desk to inquire as to how much longer I would have to wait to be seen, when I was told that the Dr was running far behind today, after which I expressed that I really have to go back to work. They simply offered that they can reschedule me but the Dr schedule is very full and "maybe" they can squeeze me in. The patient is expected to be there on time for an appointment, take time off from work to meet the appointment, yet even the previous appointment I had, there was also a delay in being seen and I had to wait past my appointment time. However today after waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time I had to leave to go back to work, this is really unacceptable to be consistent with each appointment. I do understand that sometimes dr visits can run a little behind, but maybe if the front office is aware of this they could potentially notify patients that would be affected by such delays to either reschedule or tell the patient to come a little later than their scheduled appointments. And once a patient actually shows up for an appointment, they could be advised of the delay right away rather than having the patient sit in the waiting room.

Dr Robare and the entire staff are amazing. I went through a scary ordeal with cellulitis that turned septic, and they were amazing and made sure I was taken care of.

The second time around was much more pleasant than the first. I was seen in a reasonable amount of wait time and the dr was kind and efficient. My original appointment, I arrived 20 mins early and then waited another hour on top of that (so nearly an hour and a half) just to have to reschedule, as there was no communication from the front desk about the office being (very) behind schedule. They failed to inform me of any updates either…I had to specifically ask and even then it was extremely vague answers, which prolonged my wait when I could have rescheduled from the get-go and been able to actually get work done I needed to at work.

Personally, it would be helpful for my husband and me if Dr. Robare offered some Saturday appointments in the future, but I fully understand that is her prerogative and many factors go into this decision.
